Q: What is your photography style?

A: Our photography is based in photojournalism and infused with creativity.  We try to keep the wedding day coverage as natural as possible; our goal is to capture real moments as they unfold and documenting all the wonderful details of your day that provide the backdrop of your story.

Q:What types of albums do you offer?

A: Our albums are designed and handmade locally in Toronto.  These beautifully crafted leather albums are heirloom quality.

Q:We want Flow Photo to document our wedding – what do we do now?

A:The first step is to come in to the studio and discuss the details of your wedding.  Once we have an outline of your wedding day, we will take the time to determine which package is best suited to your needs. Along with a contract, we require a deposit (33% of your package total) to secure photographic services for your wedding day.

Q:When will our proofs be ready?

A:For most weddings, images will be posted to our online proofing site within 4-6 weeks.  Proofing albums are also usually ready within 4-6 weeks.

Q:How does the album design work?

A:Once you have decided on the images you would like included in your album, we will meet with you to create a draft of your wedding album.   We then design your album according to your specifications and provide you with 2 opportunities to revise the images and layout.  Once the design is finalized, the final album is printed and bound.  You can expect the album to be ready 2-3 weeks after the final revision.

Q:Do you offer the negatives/images on DVD?

A:We provide all images that are used in the album on DVD, as high resolution files.



Q:What should my baby/child wear to the photo session?

A:We suggest  bringing a number of outfits that you love and find adorable.  Solids and simple colours are best – avoid patterns and prints.  For newborns and babies, colourful, happy hats and shoes always make for great pictures.  We also recommend bringing favourite blankets, teddy bears and toys and plain white diapers if you can find them!

Q:How do your studio sessions work?

A:Our studio sessions take place in our natural light studio located in the GTA.  Our sessions last anywhere from 1-3 hours and include down time if needed.  Baby need a nap? We’ve got a comfy couch.  Feeding time?  Go ahead.  We will do whatever it takes to capture your child at its best.

Q:Do you provide on location photo sessions?

Yes we do!  On location sessions occur at your desired location – such as your home, a nearby park, etc – we bring everything necessary to complete the look you would like to achieve.

Q:What is included in your session fee?

A:Session fees include the time and talent of our photographer.  An online gallery of images and a slideshow.  Prints, albums, cards, and other products are available a la carte.

Q:My babies skin is not as perfect as it could be – do you retouch your images?

A:All of our final images are retouched to ensure that your baby looks its best!



Q:Who owns the copyright to the images taken at my event?

A:The photographer will retain copyright to the images but will provide rights to limited usage of the images in both print and web.

Q:Do you have a minimum coverage time?

A:Our minimum coverage time is 2 hours.

Q:What does your coverage include?

A: Coverage for any event is determined via a phone consultation, which enables us to determine the best approach to documenting your event.  Our professional photographer will photograph the event decor, attendees, entertainment, ceremonies/award presentations, key-note speakers – essentially documenting the event as it unfolds.  After your event, we provide the images in High Res on DVD in both print and web format along with a link to an online gallery.

Q:Do you provide other photography products?

A:We can create albums, framed prints, and DVD Slideshows or presentations.

Q:Do you have any unique products for my event?
